You Find Your Dream Girl But . . .

Just something that crossed my mind:

You meet a Muslim girl and she's everything you imagined. She's beautiful, she's hilarious, she's intelligent and her passion for the deen steals your heart. She's all that you want plus more.

The catch? She's half way around the world and her family situation is a gamble. She's not quite sure whether she could hopp across the pond.

Do you take a punt?

    but of course you do! It could be that the reason you haven't found "her" yet is because she wasn't living in the same area as you were.

    Expanding your network... creates more opportunities.

      I noticed you are a blogger from wordpress how do you do that?! I was wondering the other day if you can like somehow combine your wordpress and blogspot accounts, because seems like all the Muslim bloggers are on wordpress, i dont find much here at blogspot

      They're not combined - i'm on wordpress; and you can post a reply here via that account. you need to sign in to wordpress, then comment via the "Wordpress" identity here, or the "OpenID" identity. (or alternatively just the "Name/URL".

    Its hard for a girl to leave her family and her home state none the less country, i almost found the right guy but he lives in a state thats 12 hours away if you drive, i know its about the person but location is improtant also. But yes i agree go for it because some girls are willing to relocate

    I've seen so many marriages, and successful ones that brought people from opposite ends of the world together. Not gonna say it's not tough deciding where the two are gonna settle, but hey! What marriage is simple?

    Why not? Provided she's willing to convince her family or a wali to help her, it's worth a try. But if she needs her parents' to agree and won't go forward otherwise, then let her mention it to them. If they dislike the idea, move on.
